After being caught on an early-morning binge, the staff is faced with the reality that they can use a physical tune-up. Unfortunately, enough ziti to feed 350 people was just donated to the church from a Cross-Fit event that never happened. Liz has a plan, but it introduces a whole new set of temptations for Lauren– including Jacquez, a french chef brought in to introduce healthy eating habits.
